Благодійна організація «Благодійний фонд «Стабілізейшен Cуппорт Cервісез» оголошує відкритий тендер на закупівлю послуг водіїв з авто для транспортування двох пересувних лазне-пральних комплексів на шасі (2 Лоти).
Термін надання послуг: квітень 2025 року-червень 2026 року.
Про нас: Благодійна організація «Благодійний фонд «Стабілізейшен Суппорт Сервісез» з 2015 року займається підтримкою та допомогою людям, постраждалим від війни в Україні, а також розбудовою інститутів соціальної допомоги й захисту прав людини в нашій державі. Даний проєкт реалізується у партнерстві з SoH і фінансується Федеральним міністерством закордонних справ Німеччини (GFFO).

Зверніть увагу! Тендер містить в собі 2 окремі Лоти (по одному водію з авто на кожний Лот). Ви можете надати Вашу пропозицію на один або обидва Лоти.
Критерії прийнятності тендерних пропозицій:
- Відповідність учасника наведеним вище основним вимогам.
- Відповідність вказаним технічним характеристикам.;
- Наявність всіх необхідних документів відповідно до умов тендерного оголошення;
- Відповідна податкова реєстрація;
- Наявність відповідних КВЕДів.
Документи, які подає учасник тендеру:
- Копія Витягу з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб – підприємців, що містить дані про останні реєстраційні дії (дата видачі Витягу не повинна перевищувати 120 днів до дати подання документа).
- Копія Витягу/Свідоцтва з реєстру платників податків (дата видачі Витягу/Свідоцтва не повинна перевищувати 120 днів до дати подання документа).
- Довідка про відкриття банківського рахунку.
- Тендерна пропозиція, заповнена за зразком: Реєстраційна форма_Додаток А.
- Технічна специфікація з характеристиками та фото до запропонованих товарів (Додаток Б. Технічна специфікація).
- Фінансова пропозиція (Додаток В. Форма фінансової пропозиції).
- Аналогічні договори постачання відповідних товарів і/або рекомендаційні листи (не старше 2 років).

Charitable Organization «Charity foundation «Stabilization Support Services» announces an open tender for the purchase of drivers’ services for the transportation of two mobile bath and laundry complexes on chassis (2 Lots).
Term of services: April 2025-June 2026.
About us: Since 2015, the Charitable Organization «Charity foundation «Stabilization Support Services» has been supporting and helping people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as developing social assistance and human rights institutions in our country. This project is being implemented in partnership with SoH and funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO)
The deadline for submission of bids is 23:59 (GMT+2) April 24, 2025.

Please note! The tender contains 2 separate Lots (one driver with a car for each Lot). You may submit your offer for one or both Lots.
Eligibility criteria for selecting tender proposals:
1. Compliance of the participant with the main requirements specified in the Request for Proposal;
2. Compliance with the specified technical characteristics.;
3. Availability of all necessary documents in accordance with the conditions of the tender announcement;
4. Appropriate tax registration;
5. Availability of relevant KVEDs.
Documents to be submitted by the tenderer:
1. A copy of the Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, containing data on the latest registration actions (the date of issue of the Extract should not exceed 120 days before the date of submission of the document).
2. A copy of the Extract/Certificate from the Taxpayer Register (the date of issue of the Extract/Certificate should not exceed 120 days prior to the date of submission of the document).
3. Certificate of opening a bank account.
4. Tender proposal filled in according to the sample: Registration Form_Annex A.
5. Technical specification with characteristics and photos of the offered goods (Annex B. Technical specification).
6. Financial offer (Annex C. Financial offer form).
7. Similar contracts for the supply of relevant goods and/or letters of recommendation (not older than 2 years).
