In Donetsk region, the internally displaced persons and those affected by war received 4.000 liters of milk. This became possible through a joint project of CF SSS, dairy products manufacturer Loostdorf and Tetra Pak.
“We managed to negotiate with carriers to deliver milk to communities free of charge. On the way back, they turned into evacuation vehicles. This is how our work brought twice as much benefit, – says Nataliya Goncharova, who organized aid distribution in Donetsk region. – But nothing would have been possible without joint work with communities. For example, in Kostiantynivska territorial community, transfer of people from remote villages to the center of the community was organized for them to receive humanitarian aid. As a result, we managed to distribute the aid in all the planned venues.”
Thanks to this project, not only Donetsk region, but also Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih and several communities in Luhansk region received “Buryonka” milk – a total of 19.500 liters.
“There are many IDPs in such communities as Kostiantynivska. They did not manage to take anything with them, so they are grateful for any help. They express gratitude in the comments and in private messages,” says Nataliya Goncharova.
