Charity Foundation Stabilization Support Services (CO”CF”SSS”) bases its activities on a Code of Conduct that has been implemented into the work processes of our organization. It clearly defines our key values (including responsibility, gender sensitivity, religious freedom, etc) as well as the fundamental principles underlying all our activities (non-profit, independence, transparency, etc) and guidelines (conflict sensitivity, confidentiality, etc).

Our Gender Policy is one of the basic components that our activities base themselves on. Gender inequality is a fundamental reason for poverty, instability, discrimination and violence. To counter this inequality, as well as other forms of discrimination, gender sensitive programming and project planning, as well as the empowerment of girls and women in society, are cornerstones of CO”CF”SSS” policies).
