This December was fruitful for our Charity Foundation. During the month we helped 20 Social Protection institutions in seven oblasts of Ukraine – Kyivska, Odeska, Ternopilska, Cherkaska, Kharkivska as well as the departments relocated from Donetska and Luhanska oblasts. We provided them with new appliances, office equipment, first aid kits and furniture for employees and visitors.
For the first time, we purchased and delivered generators to the departments that really needed it – 10 units to Zaporizka oblast and one to Kyivska oblast. Thanks to them, employees will be able to provide assistance and social services to IDPs even in the absence of electricity. In total, 39 generators were purchased for the departments in the frames of the project, and the official donation to the rest ones will take place in January this year. We managed to do all this thanks to the project “Supporting social protection system capacity in registering the internally displaced persons”, supported by the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine.

In 2023, we are not going to stop – our team will continue to identify the main needs of the social protection system and support it.
