The Foundation has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Kherson Regional Center “Successful Woman” NGO to jointly purchase three hundred non-food kits to help Kherson residents. Each kit contains a portable gas stove, a power bank, a blanket, a sleeping bag, a portable lamp, a set of candles, and more. The CF SSS team has already purchased, packed, and delivered the kits to the “Successful Woman” NGO, which organizes the distribution of aid to people who need it most. It is important that the distribution of the non-food kits will take into account gender differences and the needs of those who face various types of discrimination.
– We are very grateful for the cooperation with CARE and the Successful Woman Center, as together, we will be able to do even more to help those who have suffered from the effects of the war. We are happy to be of service, to help the affected population, and to do everything in our power to make the situation a little easier for the people of Kherson, says project assistant Khrystyna Oliynyk.
Assistance will be provided within the Lifesaving Shelter, MPCA, SRH, and Protection Assistance for Conflict-Affected Communities in Rural Hromadas in Mykolaivska and Khersonska Oblasts project, implemented by the CF SSS and the Kherson Regional Center “Successful Woman” NGO together with the international organization CARE and with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund.
