The situation at the Kakhovka HPP is a man-made disaster. If you have been displaced due to the disaster caused by the destruction of the Kakhovka HPP, you are entitled to an IDP certificate.
People who are evacuating are also entitled to:
- temporary accommodation;
- humanitarian assistance.
Citizens of Ukraine, foreigners or stateless persons who are legally residing in Ukraine and have the right to permanent residence in Ukraine, who were forced to leave or abandon their place of residence as a result of or in order to avoid the negative consequences of a man-made disaster, are entitled to an IDP certificate.
