Olena came from Mykolaiv to Khrystynivka in late March. She hoped until the last moment that she would not have to move, but after the shelling of her native Korabelnyi district, she realized that the time had come. Olena took her two children, niece and paralyzed father with her. Now she has a great responsibility for them, so she is trying to find a job, but so far, unfortunately, she has not succeeded. This time she came to receive humanitarian aid – pillows for her children – provided by the Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services” in partnership with Choose Love at the request of the local authorities.
But most of all Olena is worried about her husband, who joined the Armed Forces from the first days of the war to defend our country. “I wake up every morning and immediately check if I have a message from my husband. Every time I hope to see the numbers “4.5.0” – says Olena with tears in her eyes.
We hope that Olena’s husband, like all our defenders, will soon return home to their families with victory.
