The educational course “IDP Councils: From Adaptation to Impact” provides knowledge, inspiration, and practical tools for those who want to improve the lives of internally displaced persons. It helps them gain a deeper understanding of how IDP Councils work, how to build partnerships, interact with authorities, and effectively represent the interests of displaced persons in communities.
We continue to share reviews from those who have completed the course. This time, Iryna Pylypenko, Head of the IDP Council under the Volynska Oblast Military Administration, shares her impressions.

I was most impressed by the second episode, dedicated to the interaction of IDP Councils with partners. It provides answers to important questions: how to build communication with government bodies, how to involve international organizations and businesses in cooperation, and most importantly, how to make these partnerships yield real results. This topic is extremely relevant for our Council as well, because the successful engagement of partners will help create new opportunities for displaced persons. We are already planning to apply the acquired knowledge to expand our network of contacts and attract more resources to support IDPs.”
