Our project “Social protection system capacity support in registration of the internally displaced persons”, supported by the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine, continues. Thanks to the project, this month we purchased and handed over 9 sets of technical equipment to Kharkiv communities in Nova Vodolaha, Valki and Bogodukhiv. The sets for each institution include:
- 3 laptops
- 3 multifunction printers with cartridges
- 3 routers
- 3 hard drives
- 3 cartridges
- 3 sets of personal protective equipment
Social protection system has faced unprecedented challenges and heavy workload. The absence or poor condition of technical equipment greatly complicates the work of communities when it comes to registering IDPs. Providing these facilities with specialized equipment will optimize the process of registration of displaced persons in the new places, facilitate the work of social protection system employees, and improve the access of IDPs to assistance.
