The Forums of IDP Councils are major events that bring together representatives of IDP Councils, civil society, and charitable organizations, local and national authorities, international partners, and donor organizations. They provide a space for sharing experiences, developing solutions, and expanding cooperation to support internally displaced persons and their integration into host hromadas.
We are pleased to announce that registration has opened for the 2026 interregional Forums of IDP Councils.
Fill out the application to participate in the Forum
Schedule and locations of the Forums:
1. Eastern Ukraine Forum of IDP Councils (Dnipropetrovska, Donetska, Poltavska, Zaporizka, Kirovohradska, Kharkivska, and Sumska oblasts) — Dnipro, April 23–24.
2. Western Ukrainian Forum of IDP Councils (Lvivska, Rivnenska, Ternopilska, Volynska, Chernivtska, Khmelnytska, Ivano-Frankivska, and Zakarpatska oblasts) — Lutsk, May 28–29.
3. Central Ukrainian Forum of IDP Councils (Chernihivska, Cherkaska, Kyivska, Zhytomyrska, and Vinnytska oblasts) — Bila Tserkva, July 2–3.
4. Southern Ukrainian Forum of IDP Councils (Odeska, Mykolaivska, and Khersonska oblasts) — Odesa, September 10–11.
The project does not directly cover Luhanska Oblast, but we warmly invite representatives of IDP Councils in Luhanska Oblast’s relocated communities to join our events wherever you are currently located. Choose the Forum nearest to you and sign up!
Preliminary agenda:
The number of participants is limited: no more than 2 people per IDP Council, and 1 person per civil society or charitable organization. Please note that completing the application form does not guarantee participation. In the event of a large number of applications, preference will be given to candidates with high motivation and experience collaborating with the Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services.”
The following individuals are invited to participate in the Forum:
- IDP Councils of all levels;
- Civil society organizations;
- Charitable organizations and foundations;
- Local authorities, social protection departments, and local self-government bodies;
- International and donor organizations;
- Other initiatives, including activists, expert groups, and social enterprises implementing solutions for IDPs.
You can participate in the Forum as:
- speaker;
- coach;
- moderator;
- participant.
