This month, Derhachi hosted another working session dedicated to drafting the Community Development Strategy for 2025–2030. The meeting marked an important step forward in shaping a document that will define the key priorities for the community’s growth over the next five years.

The session was moderated by Oleh Kulynych, a strategic planning expert and senior lecturer at the Institute of Public Administration of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Together with participants, he reviewed the community’s strengths and weaknesses, assessed current challenges and opportunities, and outlined potential directions for development.

Special attention was given to the results of a community-wide survey. In addition, the session built on earlier consultations with local businesses and civil society organizations, ensuring that the strategy reflects diverse perspectives and needs.

The process is now approaching its final stage. Very soon, the community will have a clear roadmap that will guide its development and help make the most of available resources.

The Strengthening Resilience and Protection of Conflict-Affected Individuals, Communities, and Systems in Central and Eastern Ukraine project is implemented by the Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services” in cooperation with the international humanitarian organization CARE and with the support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
