Catamaran and kayak excursions, new acquaintances, warm conversations, and the restoration of mental equilibrium — residents of the village of Soniachne in Sumska Oblast recently took part in the “Life in Harmony with Yourself” training retreat. The event was organized by a mobile team for local residents, displaced persons, and large families. This day became special for all participants, as they were able to not only recharge and enjoy nature and water activities but also to go through a series of hands-on psychological exercises and receive answers to pressing personal questions — from stress and family relationships to feelings of security and the search for inner balance.
A separate part of the event was the “Legal Space” location, where the mobile team’s lawyer provided consultations on legal issues, including document processing, the protection of the rights of internally displaced persons, and access to government aid.
