
On Sunday, April 13, 2025, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on the city center of Sumy. The attack caused severe destruction and numerous civilian casualties. According to emergency services, 34 people were killed, including two children, and over 117 individuals sustained injuries. This latest act of violence stands as yet another grim testament to the brutality of the Russian invasion.

The team’s professionals regularly provide a wide range of services, including:

According to Liudmyla Vysotska, a social work specialist with the mobile team in Sumska Oblast, many of those affected by the recent strike have already registered to receive psychological support. However, the team remains ready to assist anyone who reaches out, regardless of the complexity of their situation or the level of help required.
