We invite you to participate in the III All-Ukrainian Forum of IDP Councils!
When and where: November 14–15, 2025, Kyiv.
The program includes panel discussions, interactive sessions, workshops, and masterclasses, the presentation of the For the Sake of the Future national award, and a fair for IDP businesses.
What we will discuss:
- Trends in internal displacement and responses to its challenges;
- How to promote the integration of IDPs into community life;
- Influencing local budgets and advocating for the needs of IDPs;
- How IDP Councils can build effective public communication, maintain relevance, and enhance their influence;
- Blind spots of IDP Councils: from representativeness to partnerships;
- How IDPs influence local policies and community recovery;
- How to create a business plan for a grant and attract resources to implement ideas.

Filling out the registration form does not guarantee participation in the forum. If the number of registered individuals exceeds the number of planned spots, the organizer will give preference to candidates based on the information in the motivational part of the application and previous experience of cooperation with CF SSS.
The Forums of IDP Councils are annual local, oblast, interregional, and all-Ukrainian events initiated by CF SSS in 2022 to unite representatives of IDP Councils, government authorities, and international and national organizations to develop local democracy tools and strengthen the voice of IDPs.
The main goal of the forums is to strengthen the capacity of the Councils, exchange experiences, coordinate approaches to integrating IDPs into communities, and influence the development of state policy.
