The Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services,” with the support of UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine, announces the holding of four interregional IDP Council forums.
Forum Schedule:
- Eastern Ukrainian IDP Council Forum (Dnipropetrovska, Donetska, Poltavska, Zaporizka, Kirovohradska, Kharkivska, and Sumska Oblasts) — Dnipro, April 23–24.
- Western Ukrainian IDP Council Forum (Lvivska, Rivnenska, Ternopilska, Volynska, Chernivetska, Khmelnytska, Ivano-Frankivska, and Zakarpatska Oblasts) — Lutsk, May 21–22.
- Central Ukrainian IDP Council Forum (Chernihivska, Cherkaska, Kyivska, Zhytomyrska, and Vinnytska Oblasts) — Bila Tserkva, July 2–3.
- Southern Ukrainian IDP Council Forum (Odeska, Mykolaivska, and Khersonska Oblasts) — Odesa, August 20–21.
The project does not directly cover Luhanska Oblast; however, we sincerely invite representatives of IDP Councils within relocated communities in Luhanska Oblast to join our events based on their actual location. Choose the forum closest to you and register!

Please note that completing the registration form does not guarantee your participation in the forum. No more than two people from an IDP Council and one person from a non-governmental or charitable organization may participate in the forum.
If the number of registered participants exceeds the number of planned spots, the organizer will prioritize candidates based on the information provided in the motivational section of the form and on their previous experience with the Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services.”
Forums of IDP Councils are annual local, regional, interregional, and all-Ukrainian events initiated by the CF SSS in 2022 to unite representatives of IDP Councils, government authorities, and international and national organizations around the idea of developing local democracy tools and strengthening IDPs’ voices. Over the years, interregional forums have become an important platform for networking and forming a shared vision for the development of IDP councils.
The main goals of the forums are to strengthen influence on the development of local and national policies, develop institutional capacity, exchange experience, advocate for problematic issues, strengthen the Councils’ capacity, and provide practical training.
