
Beginning in July, our Foundation will provide legal consultations to Ukrainian refugees (people who left Ukraine after February 24, 2022, and are under temporary protection abroad).

We provide the following kinds of legal support:
- Expert individual legal consultations in the areas listed below.
- Information on the procedure for applying for and receiving public services, including by parents and/or other legal representatives on behalf of children.
- Referrals to another service provider if we cannot address the issue within the scope of our project.
We consult on the following topics:
- IDP registration;
- Access to social benefits for IDPs (living allowance, rent subsidy);
- Restoration of access to social services;
- Restoration of lost documents;
- Labor rights and access to pensions, where restrictions are related to the consequences of hostilities;
- Compensation for destroyed and damaged housing;
- Provision of temporary/social housing;
- Inheritance registration;
- Registration/declaration of place of residence;
- Establishment of the fact of unlawful deprivation of personal liberty;
- Other issues related to the consequences of hostilities.
