From September 2023 to March 2025, the team of the Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services” will implement the second phase of the project “Addressing the immediate multi-sectoral humanitarian needs of IDPs and conflict affected populations inside Ukraine”. This phase is aimed at assisting the residents of Khersonska and Mykolaivska oblasts.
The project will provide the following assistance:
- Distributing 240 Non-Food Item kits containing essential items for wintering in conditions of unstable electricity and heating supply: high-capacity power banks and flashlights, mattresses, warm blankets, portable stoves, and more.
- Conducting 350 minor and medium repairs of homes damaged by military actions in the Khersonska and Mykolaivska oblasts, including houses affected by the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam.
- Providing multipurpose cash assistance in the amount of 3,600 hryvnias per person per month.
- Distributing drinking water to residents of Kherson.
To strengthen the community and the sustainability of the project, the Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services” will collaborate with local authorities and local NGOs that provide assistance to the affected population.
This project is implemented by the Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services” in cooperation with the humanitarian organization CARE Ukraine and the Response Consortium. The program is funded by the financial support of USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA).
